Closing Date: September 30th, 2024, or upon receipt of the first 50 applicant submissions Clerical Specialist Children, Youth, and Family Services Hourly Range: \$16.37 - \$24.55 Job Summary:Under the direction of the Office Management Supervisor, the Clerical Specialist will perform data entry and routine office duties to support the youth justice unit within the Children, Youth, and Family Services (CYFS). This position will accurately interpret, compile, and process law enforcement and program referrals by entering complex data in multiple informational systems within limited timeframes per statutory and/or department policies. The Clerical Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate data, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, can multitask, is detail-orientated, has good time management skills, and will work independently or as part of a team.
