Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the bustling city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is in the finance industry and requires the CFO to provide financial leadership, oversee fiscal responsibilities, and drive the operating performance of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and efficient financial management.

• Produce comprehensive financial reports and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making processes.

• Manage the organization's budgeting process, implementing strategies for capital management and cash flow analysis.

• Oversee credit and collections procedures, ensuring the organization's financial security.

• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate auditing processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Manage the organization's tax planning and compliance with all tax laws.

• Oversee the treasury function, managing the organization's financial assets and investments.

• Supervise the human resources department, ensuring efficient management and adherence to the company's policies.

• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's financial well-being.

• Stay updated with latest industry trends and advancements in accounting software systems, CRM, and other business systems. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Business Systems

• Proficiency in CRM

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Budget Processes

• Expertise in Capital Management

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis
