Are you ready to take your career to the next level with an exciting role in business development? At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects. Your primary focus will be on our modular offerings, including Ignite Recruitment Marketing, ManpowerGroup ProSearch, and On-Demand RPO Recruiters.

What You'll Do:

Making an Impact

  • Secure New Business: Cultivate relationships with both prospects and existing clients in your assigned territory. Execute territory and client plans to capitalize on market and client opportunities.

  • Own Client Relationships: Drive the entire sales cycle, manage client questions and escalations, and pursue opportunities to expand scope and services.

  • Collaborate Internally: Build relationships with internal subject matter experts to address client challenges and deepen your understanding of client needs.

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

  • Prospecting: Target Fortune 1000 companies, selling projects ranging from $ 25K to $100K+.

  • Meeting KPIs: Achieve key performance indicators for emails, and calls, and set appointments.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales strategies.

  • Client Discovery: Perform qualification and discovery of prospective clients.

  • Presenting Solutions: Present overviews and details of our modular solutions.

  • Sales Methodology: Utilize the Challenger Sales Methodology for strategic selling.

  • Global Collaboration: Connect with global stakeholders within the ManpowerGroup businesses.

  • Drive RFP Processes: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in Request for Proposal processes.

  • Sales Content Creation: Create and coordinate sales content in PowerPoint.

  • Social Media Promotion: Promote our services through social media channels.

  • Coaching and Coordination: Coach peers and coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-up, and contract execution.

  • CRM Management: Keep client information and sales leads updated in our CRM system.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of outside sales experience, with a minimum of 1+ years in staffing sales. Must have experience running a full staffing desk (sourcing, recruiting, etc.).

  • Cold Calling: Proven experience in cold calling and new account development.

  • Staffing and Recruitment: Demonstrated experience in staffing and recruitment.

  • Recruitment Packages: Familiarity with recruitment packages.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

  • Experience: Experience in recruitment marketing and/or retained search.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
