JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst - Enterprise for a contract ending in mid August 2025 working onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Overview: The DX reporting analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing digital experience data and producing reports to support decision-making processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Responsibilities: Generate and analyze various reports related to projects, such as Senior leadership reporting, investible structure, PMO, tech, and digital product MBRs. Collaborate with the team and partners to gather relevant data points and ensure seamless data integration; identify key metrics and KPIs for digital experience initiatives. Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular quality checks and implementing necessary improvements. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively through clear and concise reports and presentations. Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualization tools to monitor and track digital experience performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product analytics and reporting. Provide support in other digital experience initiatives and tasks as needed. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in a related field such as business, business analytics, data science, or computer science. Previous experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a digital or technology-focused role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Adobe, HEAP, AirTable, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and outliers in data sets. Ability to plan for and meet regular deadlines for reporting. Solid understanding of digital experience metrics, KPIs, and analytics frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts is a plus.
