MSA PROFESSIONALS SERVICES BIM Manager (2428) in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA has an opportunity for a BIM Manager to focus on leading the development, implementation, and innovation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices for the entire organization. This position champions BIM standards, processes, and procedures for the organization with an understanding of enterprise standards versus discipline and client specific standards. The role provides BIM leadership, with a primary focus on use of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and additional BIM ancillary solutions. The position can be based out of any of our 17 Midwest office locations (WI, MN, IA, and IL) and flexible/hybrid schedule options are possible. This listing is for the Milwaukee, WI location. The work you may do Provide leadership and oversight to MSA\'s BIM Council, a formal committee of BIM discipline subject matter experts designated to contribute towards MSA\'s successful implementation of BIM practices. Manages software products including but not limited to, incorporating new version releases, configuration, and customization of the product. Manages the integration and implementation of BIM ancillary software with an emphasis on Autodesk Construction Cloud, 3D visualization tools, clash detection, and point cloud solutions. Evaluates and provides recommendations on BIM software and technologies including but not limited Autodesk add-ins, plug-ins, generative AI. Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, documentation, and distribution of updates/revisions to the standards. Automation Skills with a minimum knowledge of Dynamo and subsequent programming language Extensive technical knowledge of design process and principals Strong knowledge and understanding of IT systems Strong written and personal communication skills with experience in technical document writing The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
