Accenture is looking for passionate and customer obsessed AWS cloud full stack developers to join our AWS Practice. You will help drive innovation, build differentiated solutions, and define new customer experiences for our customers (and customers, customers). You’ll work with smart people across our industry specialist organizations, and technology groups to help our customers get the most out of AWS in their cloud journey.
The AWS Practice within is home to our deepest AWS experts and supports Accenture’s more than 1,500 certified AWS architects across the company. You are:
A motivated, driven technical Sales and Solution SA for Amazon Connect. You enjoy using your contact center and customer experience knowledge to solution and deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. The work:
Specialized Technical Sales for Customer Experience solutions utilizing Amazon Technologies
Drive full end to end Sales and Technical Solutioning from origination and initial client conversations, thru discovery, design and transition to delivery
Work directly with client’s Executives and Technology Leaders to Design AWS architectures and environments
Design Amazon Connect/Lex/Pinpoint Architectures that optimize AWS capabilities and Accenture’s assets and differentiation.
Collaborating within a project team to solve complex problems
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the contact center or PBX industry
Minimum 3 years’ experience with sales and technical design for Amazon Connect and related technologies
Deep understanding of call flows, IVR trees, email and chat channel designs and contact center operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus:
At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification
Hands on Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and / or Amazon Pinpoint
Experience with intent analysis and conversational chatbots

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
