Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and the monitoring of shuttle bus operations. Ensure appropriate customer interaction. Supervise the completion of all closing reports. Monitor and implement effective revenue control procedures. Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Assist with the daily data entry of the revenue reports. Compile and interpret reports on a daily basis for the operation of the facility.
