This role requires an in-depth understanding of the technology coupled with the ability to effectively train and educate end-users on both the equipment and software systems. The Account Manager will be expected to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin with occasional travel outside Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will excel in clear and cordial communication, possess strong problem-solving skills for addressing technology issues, work independently, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will also be cross-trained to provide assistance and support to our contract, which serves the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Responsibilities: Travel as needed for tasks such as training, service calls, troubleshooting, site visits, and conference attendance. Be available after hours and on weekends to address customer needs. Stay informed about new technologies, demonstrate them to stakeholders, provide feedback, and maintain communication with local and national manufacturer account managers. Ensure quality control in all areas of responsibility, including managing service calls, resolving issues, and maintaining thorough knowledge of all software and equipment on the Electronic Monitoring (EM) platform. Handle equipment-related tasks such as installation, activation, equipment recalibration, transfer between accounts, inventory management, and creating login credentials for new accounts and county employees. Complete weekly spare percentage emails and calls. Complete training for new customers/staff and refresher training for existing customers. Cross-training includes dispatch-related functions to support our Electronic Monitoring Staff. Qualifications & Competencies: Organized, attentive to detail, ability to multi-task, work independently Demonstrated ability to work well with individuals from diverse economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds Ability to exercise good judgment Demonstrated ability to learn technical requirements of installation/retrieval/troubleshooting of each electronic monitoring device utilized by JusticePoint Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) Ability to communicate professionally & accurately, both orally and written High school diploma, bachelor\'s degree preferred Experience and/or education in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related human service field preferred Willingness to work a flexible schedule, this role requires 2nd shift evening and weekend availability Valid driver\'s license and automobile with insurance Pass a pre-employment (and ongoing, as required) background check Ascribe to & champion The Difference Principles *This is a remote position and is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.
