Alaant Workforce Solutions is excited to hire an Executive Sales Consultant for our client located in Milton, Ontario.

This position is for you because you LOVE sales and are passionate about empowering other sales professionals through sales training, coaching, and consulting services.

You’ll make an impact by meeting with area business owners to understand their sales challenges and provide their sales teams with better tools and tactics to exceed their revenue objectives.

You’ll lead by example in your own day to day sales activities and demonstrate the skills needed to succeed through both in person & virtual consulting services.

Responsibilities for the Executive Sales Consultant:

• Drive revenue growth by attaining new clients and expanding existing accounts through various prospecting activities and the use of a proven professional selling process.

• Prospect for new opportunities through phone, internet, and in-person meetings.

• Deliver on consulting and coaching services to clients.

• Be highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Exceptional sales & negotiation skills.

• Excellent Computer Skills including Office 365, CRM, Internet based research, etc.

• Ability to have high level conversations and hold people accountable to their commitments.

• Valid Driver’s License
