This role involves shift work, 12 hour shifts covering days, nights and weekend working

Purpose of the job:

To ensure decorator is producing good quality cans, ink levels are kept to the correct amount, design changes are good and accurate, checks are completed.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Ensure the product is to the required standard, machine cleaning is completed, quality checks are completed, maintenance tasks are completed

Professional & Education Qualifications

• Mechanical work experience

• Time served Engineer (desirable)

Previous experience

• Mechanical background

• Printing experience (desirable)

Skills and competencies

• Quick to learn and adapt to new situations

• Production maintenance experience

Personal attributes

• Self motivated to learn and progress

• Someone who wants to achieve and be the next Team Leader
