What We Would Do: We sell electrical supplies (little things like: pop-in boxes, wall plates, switches, circuit breakers; big things like: panelboards, paddle fans, wire, conduit).

What You Would Do:

• Oversee 4 Main Activities: Order Fulfillment, Delivery, Receiving, Product Locations/Transfers
• Oversee 10 Team Members: 3 Order Fulfillment, 4 Drivers, 3 Receivers

We are looking for a COACH, not a PLAYERsomeone who teaches how to fish.

Yes, a good leader helps out when necessary (to pull some orders, to help check-in some products in, etc.), but generally we want them to DELEGATE and have enough space to think CLEARLY about how best to meet workload deadlines with the team we have availablewhich requires some critical-thinking and feel!
