Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach with expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to join our team. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding large-scale Agile transformations, coaching teams, leaders, and executives to adopt Agile principles and practices effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile transformation initiatives leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to drive organizational change and improve business outcomes.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams adhere to Agile best practices and principles.

  • Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops for teams, leaders, and executives to deepen their understanding of Agile methodologies and promote alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impediments to Agile adoption, facilitating problem-solving and decision-making processes to drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion Agile metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of Agile transformation efforts and measure the impact on business outcomes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), continuously enhancing your expertise and sharing knowledge with the broader organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

  • Proven experience driving Agile transformations in large enterprises, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.

  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, leaders, and executives to embrace Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage Agile metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Experience working with Agile tools and frameworks, such as Polarion, Scrum, Kanban, etc.

  • Agile coaching certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), etc.) are a plus.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $145,700 to $262,300 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
