Adecco Staffing is working with a high-level manufacturing facility in Milford, NH who is looking to hire a mold operator on 1st Shift! This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Position : Mold Operator

Pay Rate : $18.00 - $18.50 an hour depending on experience.

Schedule : 1st Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm Monday through Friday

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for running molding machines. Inspection of product produced. The ability to determine if

product produced is acceptable and meets quality specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under general direction of the department supervisor and/or leader with a minimum of supervision following processes and procedures.

• Work from drawings, blueprints, sketches, verbal or written instruction, work orders, process sheets.

• Report defective materials, scrap, quality problems, or any other unusual condition or circumstance to technician and/or supervisor immediately.

• Maintain personal production and quality standards as determined by supervision.

• Responsible for product quality - work must be inspected to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards before, during, and after completion.

• Maintain records and other pertinent data as instructed or required.

• Operate injection molding machine.

• Operate blending machine to be able to combine raw pellets together.

• Inspect products for surface defects and flaws.

• Position and secure threaded cores and/or over molds into mold.

• Fill machine hoppers.

• Follow all safety regulations.

• Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition.

• Cross-train and work in other production areas

• Perform similar and other related duties as instructed or required.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Versatility required to perform many and varied other assembly and soldering operations manually.

• Must have reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts.

• Ability to read blueprints and measuring equipment such as: micrometers and calipers preferred.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
