Nestle Planner - Copacking in Milano, Italy

Main Purpose of the Job

As Co-packing Specialist, managing the replenishment of products from the main warehouse to co-packers ones based on production plans of re-worked sku with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with a high freshness to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost. Collaborate with the generating demand team to deliver the optimal POP material ideation for promotional activity on the POS.

As Project-Analyst Specialist, to implement and improve statistical forecasting and/or reporting analytical tool in demand and supply with the objective of enhance the dsp activity and insight capability. Collaboration with the different categories DSP teams and IT central hub.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

  • Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and forecasting needs, by defining quantity of products to transfer to co-packers, minimizing failure risk and maximizing shelf life of the products.

  • Create a feasible production plan that respects capacity defined and maximizing trucks saturation

  • Monitoring packaging material needed for productions in collaboration with the marketing team

  • Integrate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automatism

  • Implement processes improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time saving, increased efficiencies, etc.).

What will make you successful

• Management engineering degree or equivalent

• Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations (preferably 1 year)

• Good knowledge of Excel, Power bi (SAP is a plus)

• Strong communication and relational skills;

• Skills and experiences in influencing others and communication.

• Good in stress management in a dynamic and flexible context

• Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach

• Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis

• Fluent English and Italian
