Unisciti al Team di Sales Operations per fornire supporto amministrativo agli utilizzatori dei nostri dispositivi per la gestione del Diabete e gestire i processi di post-vendita. Sarai responsabile della creazione e del mantenimento delle anagrafiche di chi utilizza le nostre tecnologie, e su cui si basano le spedizioni del materiale e tutti i servizi di post-vendita. Contribuirai a garantire un servizio a 5 stelle agli utilizzatori delle nostre tecnologie e ai nostri clienti.

Le responsabilità possono includere le seguenti attività, oltre ad altri compiti che possono essere assegnati:
Offrire un servizio di alto livello agli utilizzatori delle nostre tecnologie, mettendo al primo posto la salute della persona con Diabete
Conoscere i prodotti e i processi a supporto del business
Guidare la persona con Diabete nella risoluzione dei problemi segnalati
Gestire i dati e le richieste dei clienti, garantendo un servizio di qualità
Cooperare all’interno del Team per raggiungere gli obiettivi comuni, mantenendo un clima positivo di rispetto ed aiuto reciproco
Conoscenze richieste:
neolaureato/a in qualsiasi campo di studi
Inglese: B1/B2, conoscenza di base Italiano: Eccellente (grammatica, ortografia, ecc.)
Capacità di organizzazione del lavoro e di prioritizzazione delle attività
Spiccata empatia ed intelligenza emotiva
Orientamento ai risultati e proattività
Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Excel
Precisione nello svolgimento dei task assegnati
Disponibilità a lavorare almeno due giorni a settimana presso gli uffici di Milano
Costituirà un vantaggio:
