We are looking for an Apprentice for Siemens Financial Service business in Milan who will be trained in 2 years as Finance Advisor.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills, give a meaningful contribution to finance advisory activities and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge

As Finance Advisor some of your main activities will be:

• Providing the operating businesses with a portfolio of finance advisory services, including financial solutions supporting sales, risk mitigation activities as well as supply chain finance for suppliers

• Performing continuous update regarding relevant financial instruments available on B2B market

• Handling independently within own areas of responsibility by interacting with different corporate stakeholders, our accounting services team and headquarter departments

• Examining the processes to further develop and improve them

• Being responsible for establishing and maintaining regular reports for the management and other collaborators

• Supporting projects by taking over own modules

• Becoming a known contact for Siemens Italy within the strategic banks

Required entry qualifications:

• You are under 29 and you are graduated in master’s degree in business administration, preferably with a specialization in banking and finance or Management Engineering

• You gained experience in a relevant internship

• You have gathered international experience (e.g University abroad)

• You have the aspiration to develop skills in a financial growth path

• You’re familiar with financial instruments such as factoring, leasing etc.

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a changing environment

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

• Eligibility to work in Italy
