Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator based in Midland, Texas. The successful candidate will be tasked with the design and administration of various network topologies in both manufacturing and office environments. This role involves maintaining and supporting the communications networks across infrastructure projects and providing backup support to other OT Infrastructure roles.

Responsibilities:

• Design and administer various network topologies with an emphasis on Cisco Meraki expertise.

• Work in diverse environments, both manufacturing outdoors and office settings.

• Maintain and support communication networks across infrastructure projects.

• Provide backup support to other OT Infrastructure roles.

• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Display strong project management skills.

• Manage and maintain Technology groups' asset inventory.

• Be flexible in providing 24x7 support and participate in an on-call environment to meet business continuity requirements.

• Interface with service providers and vendors to ensure proper equipment, supplies, and services to support operations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete multi-staged projects and troubleshoot issues at multiple locations.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide high-quality customer service.

• Utilize project management tools efficiently.

• Be adaptable in accepting new tasks as assigned.

• Travel among locations where necessary.

• Document processes and procedures effectively.

• Support the development of the organization's infrastructure strategy, architecture, service delivery standards, and best practices.

• Support the implementation of OT infrastructure standards and best practices across all site OT and Process Automation platforms. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Experience with Database management and operations

• Skilled in using Linux Technologies

• Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Capability to handle and troubleshoot Computer Hardware

• Expertise in Configuration Management

• Experience in managing and implementing Deployments

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
