Description

We are on the hunt for a Land Tech to join our team in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry, based in Midland, Texas, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Land Tech, you will be contributing to various land development projects, providing administrative assistance and demonstrating your prior administrative experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation of the releases to build, ensuring smooth operations in the land department.

• Complete forms and paperwork for the construction in the state of New Mexico, adhering to the necessary protocols and guidelines.

• Demonstrate the ability to read platts, contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of projects.

• Provide administrative assistance as needed, maintaining organized records and providing support to the Land Manager.

• Collaborate with the land department team on various tasks, contributing to the overall success of the projects

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry

• Proven experience in Land Development Projects

• Demonstrable skills in Administrative Assistance

• Prior Administrative experience in a similar role

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using computer software and technology

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the industry

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
