Job description Sand Revolution is looking to fill a Driver Resource Supervisor position. This position is a full-time position and will report directly to the Driver Resource Manager As the Driver Resource Supervisor, the primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to the below.

Responsibilities: Oversee driver performance to ensure that all drivers meet company standards. Provide supporting documentation /data on a daily basis utilizing company ELD system and other software programs. Coaching and discipline under-performing drivers. Maintain daily communication with drivers regarding schedule. Special projects or other duties assigned by supervisor / manager.

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Proficient in Microsoft Office products Must be detailed oriented Good communications skills both written and verbal Knowledgeable in creating reports/KPIs Bilingual is a plus

Company: FEVID Transport Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:00am - 7:00pm (rotating weekend)
