Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Midland, Texas. This role falls within the industry of data management and requires a candidate with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the accurate entry and management of data, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and organize files to ensure accurate customer records

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and record keeping

• Handle customer inquiries via email correspondence and resolve any issues

• Use 10-key skills to perform calculations necessary for data processing

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Use scanning tools to digitize physical documents when necessary

• Maintain a high typing speed to ensure efficiency in data entry tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Exceptional 10-key skills

• Experience in data entry and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy

• Strong customer service skills

• Experience in email correspondence

• Ability to organize files effectively

• Capable of performing calculations with accuracy

• Proficient in scanning documents

• Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
