Full-Time Medical Front Desk Associate

Our facilities in Freeland and Midland, MI provide a range of treatments including Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage, Running and Functional Movement Exercise, Assisted Stretching, Nutrition, and more.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Front Desk Associate to join our busy Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office in Midland, MI. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of high-functioning Customer Service experience, with prior Medical Front Desk experience being preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Manage the front desk in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to patients.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Independence and Teamwork: Work independently and assist other clinic staff.
• Patient Care Services: Be knowledgeable about the services offered.
• Reception Duties: Answer patient phone calls, optimize scheduling, verify insurance, handle medical records, process payments, and coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years required.
• Medical Front Desk Experience: Preferred.
• Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Understand the healthcare industry and be ready to take on additional responsibilities.
• Team Collaboration: Work with various departments and key administrators to enhance the patient experience.

Schedule:

• Monday and Wednesday: 6:45am - 7:00pm
• Tuesday and Friday: 6:45am - 12:00pm
• Thursday: 6:45am - 6:00pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 40 per week
