Job Highlights

Provide direction and support to Regulatory Affairs North America (RA NA) team to ensure project execution, including support to otherregions. Submission & follow-up registrations activities for substances/products; directly responsible for the Actives and Disinfection business line portfolio in North America. Define and ensure implementation of North Americastrategy by Regulatory Affairsteam. Drive and complete consolidation of new portfolio and new organization (processes, documentation management, etc.) Tracking, reporting and monitoring Regulatory Affairs North Americabudget. Coordination & follow-up of Risk Assessors Activities. Reporting status of Regulatory Affairs North America projects & associated risk to business leaders in a timely manner. Advocacy with Authorities and Industry on new regulations/initiatives.

Requirements

Master's Degree in the Sciences which could includeChemistry, Biology, Toxicology or another comparable degree. Previous regulatory experience, including U.S. and Canada. At least 10+ years of experience in a related field. Previous regulatory experience to include U.S. EPA(FIFRA - Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act) and Canada (PMRA - Pesticide Management Regulatory Agency) for the Material Protection Products (MPP)Business Unit. General Chemistry and Toxicology knowledge. Ability to communicate well (internal and external interface) and excellent managementskills. Knowledge of general Microsoft applications. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. This position can be locatedinany of the following areas --- Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Wilmington, Delaware or Midland, Michigan.
