Job Title: Formulation Technician II (Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow formulation processes in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

  • Prepare raw materials and solutions accurately and efficiently

  • Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure flawless results

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet production goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of manufacturing processes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during formulation or production

  • Document all activities and maintain accurate records of production data

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production role

  • Exceptional focus on details and proficiency in executing tasks accurately

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced work environment with tight timelines

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus
