MISSION: The IT Automation Specialist's primary role is to streamline company operations through automation solutions. NuWaves utilizes multiple software solutions to support operations, including Salesforce CPQ, Deltek Costpoint 8.2, and SharePoint High GCC. The Automation Specialist is expected to administer and optimize these environments by working closely with cross-functional teams to understand internal processes and user needs. Solution sets may include workflows, coding, automation, and more. Must be able to effectively gather requirements from stakeholders and communicate on project status. YEAR 1 ACCOUNTABILITIES: Within 6 months, optimize NuWaves' SharePoint High GCC and Microsoft Office 365 environment based on user requirements. Within 9 months, optimize NuWaves' Deltek Costpoint 8.2 environment to support production activities. Within 12 months, optimize NuWaves' Salesforce CPQ environment to support business development activities. Within 3 months, provide administrator functions proficiently for SharePoint, Costpoint, and Salesforce environments. Within 12 months, recommend automation and integration solutions to provide additional value to the company. Within 12 months, have a proficient knowledge of NuWaves' IT infrastructure with the ability to provide back-up and support to helpdesk and cybersecurity management functions.
