Job Title: Compensation Manager
Job Description
Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Collaborate with HR and management to design and administer salary structures and incentive plans.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management.
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to determine the organization's market position.
Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus distributions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management.

Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
