Job Title: Compensation Manager

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.

  • Collaborate with HR and management to design and administer salary structures and incentive plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters.

  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management.

  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey results to determine the organization's market position.

  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus distributions.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
