Responsibilities: Lead the development of technical solutions in water and wastewater treatment, ensuring they meet client needs and treatment performance expectations. Conduct process design calculations, including mass and energy balances, utilizing advanced modeling software. Work with a variety of clients including both public and private applications. Engage in research and application of innovative approaches to water/wastewater treatment, focusing on water reuse and both aerobic and anaerobic wastewater processes. Collaborate with team members across departments, contributing to multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance internally and to clients. Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex technical information to non-specialist audiences. Perform treatment system commissioning and startup services including operator training. Mentor and train staff, sharing knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Review and research existing and upcoming treatment design and equipment systems to achieve treatment performance parameters. Qualifications: Must Have: Bachelor\'s degree (PhD strongly preferred) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater treatment processes.
