ABOUT THE POSITION In the role as IT Service Manager, Delivery & Finance, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of IT Services based on business demand. You will be a key player in ensuring the continuity, quality and availability of IT Services for systems in globally and locally in the Americas. The role will include managing the operational IT Service Management practices, ensuring the compliancy according to IT operational processes as well as financial management for respective responsibility area. You will also contribute to vendor management according to Digital & IT\'s Vendor Governance structure. In the role you will be working with Business Key Users, Service Owners on the business side, Service Delivery Teams (internal and external), the Fiskars Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function, IT project manager(s) and Solution Managers.
