Description We are seeking a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry, based in Middleton, Wisconsin, United States. In this role, you will focus on various legal aspects including contracts, consumer complaints, litigation support, insurance claims, and marketing claims. You will also be required to work both independently and collaboratively with remote or hybrid teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handling contracts and consumer complaints with utmost professionalism

• Providing litigation support through thorough preparation and research

• Managing insurance claims effectively and efficiently

• Responding to subpoenas and ensuring all responses are accurate and timely

• Maintaining a respectful and professional communication approach with all stakeholders

• Demonstrating effective time and project management skills

• Collaborating with team members and being open to suggestions for improvement

• Utilizing Case Management Software for organization and tracking

• Administering Commercial Contracts and handling all related tasks

• Managing complaint handling and documentation processes efficiently

• Handling Commercial Litigation and Insurance Claims in compliance with industry standards. Requirements • Proven experience as an Attorney/Lawyer in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry

• Proficiency in Case Management Software

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Ability to handle Complaints professionally

• Strong Documentation skills

• Expertise in Commercial Litigation

• Experience in managing Insurance Claims

• Proficiency in dealing with Commercial Contracts

• Strong skills in Contract Administration

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Licensed to practice law

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the community

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
