Direct Placement- Machine operator

$24/hr. + $2000 SIGN ON BONUS / ATTENDANCE BONUSES

Job Description

This position involves working in the molding department where you will be operating presses and handling tasks related to loading and unloading rubber into the machine. You will be trained to work in several departments and will be responsible for visually inspecting the product for quality assurance. The role requires standing at one machine for the majority of your shift performing repetitive tasks. You will also be required to reach into the machine to load and unload products which can be long in length. The role involves lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly and handling products of awkward sizes. You will be responsible for transporting material to the next station in the manufacturing process, completing production tickets and press production sheets, downtime sheets, as

well as cleaning and sweeping scrap.
