Description We are in search of a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Middlefield, Connecticut. This role is central to our operations within the telecom industry, providing essential customer service functions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving complex customer inquiries. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing business correspondence professionally and promptly

• Actively contribute to business development and client referral goals through cross-selling and referring customers

• Efficiently handle and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls

• Provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

• Solve customer issues effectively and professionally

• Employ strong communication and social skills to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Leverage CRM experience to manage customer interactions and data

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for administrative tasks

• Maintain and manage customer records through effective filing systems

• Conduct extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

• Utilize skills in handling Inbound Outbound Calls to manage customer communications. Requirements • Applicants must have a strong background in customer service.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is essential.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is required.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a must.

• Excellent filing and record-keeping skills are needed.

• Ability to provide top-notch customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
