Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Middleburg, Virginia

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Overnight Front Desk Coordinator in the Hospitality industry based in Middleburg, Virginia. This role will involve a variety of administrative duties, including maintaining accurate customer records, processing applications, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.

• Accurately process customer applications related to the healthcare services.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed.

• Ensure the accuracy of front office accounting records on a daily basis.

• Track room revenue and maintain statistics related to front office operations.

• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.

• Manage guest transactions that have not been posted during the day.

• Verify all account postings and balances for accuracy.

• Understand and apply principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.

Requirements • Prior experience in Administrative Assistance is essential

• Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System is required

• Familiarity with Concierge Services would be advantageous

• Previous experience in Customer Service roles is beneficial

• Solid skills in Data Entry are necessary

• Strong Interpersonal Skills are key for success in this role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required

• Ability to Organize Files and manage records effectively is essential

• Experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively is essential

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion is required

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

• A commitment to maintaining high professional standards and providing quality service to all clients

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

• A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
