Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 for McLean Hospital located in Middleboro, MA .In this role, you will oversee a team of 2 supervisors and 4 food service workers. While the shift is mostly daytime hours Monday - Friday, this role will require someone who has the ability to work occassional weekend coverage and/or shifts.

The successful candidate will:

• have oversight of day-to-day operations

• successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff

• manage daily inventory and ordering as needed

• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance
