Job Description: Test Engineer

The Test Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, validating, and verifying all products within their test cells. This role includes overseeing 8 stationary cells and 1 portable cell, determining the pass/fail status of product tests, applying final finishes, and shipping to customers if tests pass. If tests fail, the Test Engineer will collaborate with engineers and technicians to diagnose and resolve issues. The goals for this role include ensuring accurate specifications, compliance with client requirements, and reducing first-pass yield, first articles, and customer escapes. The role involves conducting 10-15 tests a day, with most tests lasting 30-60 minutes and some lasting 2-4 hours.

Hard Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology

• 3+ years of protocol/process verifications and making changes

• Worked in a Manufacturing setting

• Electrical testing/quality validation and verification specific
