JOB SUMMARY:

As a Network Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for ATM transaction processors (networks). You will enable the successful implementation of Hyosung Innovue's hardware and software products at financial and retail networks. You will provide networks with technical expertise and on-site support for certification and implementation of the ATM/ITM terminal application releases. You will gather network requirements for new feature requests and track support of features within our application by each network. The Network Engineer will also assist the networks with any HW needs for their labs from obtaining new HW models for certification to requesting service on existing HW in their labs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Gather and document network requirements for implementation of new features
• Provide guidance on configuration and setup of ATM software and hardware
• Install and configure ATM software application in network labs as needed
• Function as a subject matter expert and a resource for best practices for our networks
• Provide training on implementation and configuration of software and hardware
• Manage the creation of new and existing training content for the networks
• Assist our software support teams to solve support cases, when needed.
• Track and document certification progress of releases and support of features per network

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education: BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or 5+ years of working experience
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, including installation, troubleshooting and operating in a secure version of the OS
• Basic knowledge of computer networking and communication
• Knowledge of ATM hardware and software a plus
• Project management experience and skills a plus
• Self-driven person with good communication skills
• Some Travel Required
