Kuehne+Nagel QuickSTAT Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist in Miami Lakes, Florida
Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Doral site is looking for a new Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.
Your Role
Develop and maintain relationships with clients Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates.
Your Responsibilities
Plan shipments in coordination with clients’ requirements
Ensure orders are set up accurately and communicated effectively to other departments and/or logistics service partners in compliance with all regulations and operating procedures.
Escalate all client issues to the management team as required.
Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and productivity
Assist the Commercial Group (Sales) as required or directed by QuickSTAT local management team
To undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the management team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality global transportation and logistics services for our customers
Ensure compliance with all required training certifications
Schedule is 1400 - 2200
Your Skills and Experiences
This is a 24/7/365 Facility and flexibility to work any shift is required
Highschool diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics and/or cargo
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of temperature-controlled packaging and monitoring devices available to support thebiopharmaceutical industry - preferably
Reliability and Dependability (primary)
Computer proficiency (MS Office or related programs essential)
Excellent time management skills
