Robert Half Supply Chain Data Analyst in Miami, Florida

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Data Analyst in the Restaurants & Catering industry. This role is based in Miami, Florida and will involve key responsibilities in the areas of sourcing, supply chain strategy, procurement, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various categories including Food, Beverages, and Paper/Packaging, as well as Indirect Categories like Chemicals and Smallwares

• Align procurement strategies and execution plans in collaboration with Business Leaders and Master Franchisees

• Oversee relationship management with our consolidators in the United States, including logistics SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize food costs and enhance franchisee profitability

• Manage consolidator spend database, ensuring its effective use for RFI, RFP, and negotiations

• Foster procurement awareness and capability within regional and franchise teams

• Support new country market entries to ensure product supply and availability

• Assist in the approval and onboarding process of new suppliers into the system

• Utilize advanced level Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation

• Utilize bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese for stakeholder management and communication

Requirements

• Must possess experience in creating and managing RFP documents

• Proficient in drafting proposals for RFPs

• Must have extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain logistics

• Understanding of procurement processes and strategies

• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation

• Strong skills in stakeholder management to facilitate communication across different teams

• Experience in KPI reporting and tracking

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software

• Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines

• Must be a team player with a proactive attitude
