Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated staff accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general accounting principles, be detail oriented, and have exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements.

• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.

• Maintain the general ledger and handle month-end and year-end close procedures.

• Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.

• Analyze transactions and prepare reports.

• Perform tax return and audit preparation duties.

  Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.

• 2+ years of proven experience as a staff accountant, preferably within our industry.

• Proficiency with accounting software.

• Solid understanding of MS Office and databases.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Superior attention to detail.

• Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
