Description We are in search of a Software Engineer with a strong background in Oracle Cloud modules and real estate property/facilities management in Miami, Florida. The role is focused on implementing and maintaining business processes with Oracle Cloud modules, and will require hands-on experience in application build using Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Hyperion Planning, and Essbase amongst others.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining business processes around Oracle Cloud modules.

• Carrying out end-to-end lifecycle development and implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, design, build, test, and go-live phases.

• Working on integrations with data management to build metadata and data loads; security setup; and report writing.

• Developing calculation scripts and groovy scripts, and creating EPM Automate scripts.

• Building REST API scripts and leveraging best practices from previous architecture and implementation experience.

• Advising users on best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and preparing and presenting updates to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership.

• Administering current state EPBCS environment in support of rolling budget/forecast models.

• Providing end-user training, report writing and application support.

• Demonstrating a high level of competency with reporting, ETL, and SQL queries, preferably in Narrative Reporting, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio and Hyperion Essbase running on Oracle 9i/10g/11i and SQL Server.

• Utilizing skills in Apache Struts, C++, Database, EO/IR systems, Hibernate ORM, AB Testing, Ajax, API Development, ASP.NET, CSS, Oracle, Oracle 11g, Oracle 10g, Oracle 9i, Oracle EPM. Requirements • Proficient in Apache Struts, C++, Database, EO/IR systems, Hibernate ORM, AB Testing

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

• Proven experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and life-cycle

• Strong knowledge of software testing, debugging, and documentation

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological trends in the industry

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
