Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparations for trade shows and conventions, and represent the company at these events.

• Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support to sales teams.

• Complete various Sales Assistant tasks as required.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service.

• Generate sales reports and prepare materials for presentations.

• Support the sales department in promoting company products and services.

• Organize and manage internal training sessions.

• Coordinate orders to ensure timely completion of processes.

• Prepare communications and proofread documents.

• Arrange travel and meetings as necessary.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and job assignments.

• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills with diverse individuals.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales assistance recommended.

• Proven project coordination skills and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
