Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Product Manager in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in our team, focusing on the luxury cruise line industry. You will be responsible for strong product marketing, content strategy, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for the luxury cruise line industry

• Design and implement content strategy to enhance brand positioning

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery

• Utilize CRM and Database systems to analyze and report on product performance

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials

• Create and manage branded content to promote products and engage customers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver innovative solutions

• Leverage your project management skills to oversee product development processes from concept to launch

• Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements based on industry trends and market research. Requirements • Proven experience in a Product Manager role or similar capacity

• Demonstrable expertise in CRM and Database management

• Solid background in Design and Project Management

• Experience with Brand Management and adherence to Brand Guidelines and Standards

• Knowledge in creating and managing Branded Content

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in product management

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
