Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution within the mortgage or financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand awareness. Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create engaging content, including blog posts, email newsletters, advertisements, and website updates. Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support mortgage loan officers in client acquisition. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance. Maintain and update the company website to ensure it aligns with current marketing initiatives and brand messaging. Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, webinars, and community outreach efforts. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mortgage industry. Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and advertising partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, preferably within the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Skills: Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms, content creation, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising strategies is a plus.
