Carnival Cruise Line Identity and Access Management Sr. Analyst in Miami, Florida
Identify and Access Management Senior Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the IAM Operations and Technical systems with a focusing on Active Directory solutions for the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the security and availability Active Directory instances across our existing infrastructure on prem and on our ships. This position will work with existing tools and scripts to manage each of the AD forests, domains, and sub domains while actively seeking to mature the security of the environment. Additionally, this role will assist the GCS team providing day to day support activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution while working with various Global application, infrastructure, and sometimes the business departments to ensure all activities are completed within defined SLA’s
Essential Functions:
General Support – Work to troubleshoot and maintain global Active Directory environments solutions, policies and access controls based on logging events and other internal and system notifications.
Incident Management - Handle level III and Level IV incidents escalated incidents assigned to our team, remediate the issues, analyse root cause of all incidents, and drive resolutions in a timely manner.
Backup and Recovery – Ensure that all North American Brands are successfully backed up and recoverable for Active Directory.
Scripting Expertise - Develop automation solutions through scripting to continue to improve Active Directory or IAM overall.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma but does not need a college degree. We are looking at experience and certifications as other was to demonstrate experience in the areas that we are looking at here. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or another discipline would be an added plus, but again not a requirement
Microsoft Azure Administrator certification is preferred. Any other Microsoft certifications are also preferred
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in information security, inclusive of at least 7 years in an IAM related role supporting Active Directory
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure Active Directory. Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and principles. Experience with AD Hardening, AD Tiering, AD Just in Time Group Access would also preferred in this position
Need someone that can script in skills using PowerShell and other programming languages would be preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a complex environment. Possess strong technical security skills and knowledge of security and risks. Excellent verbal and written communications in English with the ability to effectively communicate information, gather relevant data and verbalize ideas effectively. Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands: Work is performed within a normal office environment with ambient temperatures and involving occasional reaching, stretching, bending and moving about..
Travel: None or very little travel
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. May require support on-call/after hour’s duties depending on critical security incident requirements.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
