Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Miami, Florida

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in our operations, liaising between finance and human resource departments, leading team development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HR Manager will also manage the resolution of complex issues, implement effective best practices, and develop policies in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication between finance and human resource departments to ensure accurate and valuable information exchange.

• Lead team development initiatives, providing necessary training and support to enhance employee skills and performance.

• Stay abreast of current regulations and laws, adapting processes as needed to ensure company-wide compliance.

• Implement best practices across all HR procedures and document these for future reference.

• Manage the resolution of complex issues or errors that may arise in HR operations.

• Develop company policies and engage with management to ensure compliance with deadlines and timecard approval requirements.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient HR management.

• Leverage Ceridian and HCM systems to manage benefit functions and maintain employee relations.

• Employ strong communication skills to address employee inquiries and concerns.

• Oversee the hiring processes, ensuring they align with company standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Proficient in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Ceridian software

• Understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management)

• Ability to manage and oversee Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Understanding and experience with Compliance regulations and procedures

• Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations

• Proven experience in Hiring Processes
