Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of human resources administrative tasks, including managing employment applications, preparing reports, and assisting with benefits administration. This role will also involve assisting with the organization's training and development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating to complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications

• Managing the intake of employment applications

• Preparing and maintaining reports related to credentialing activities such as licensure, re-credentialing, and health center privileges

• Administering pre-employment tests and conducting reference checks

• Performing duties related to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports

• Maintaining confidentiality of all employee records

• Providing clerical and operational support to the HR Director

• Assisting with benefits administration

• Assisting the department in executing various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees

• Participating in job postings online

• Assisting in organizational training and development efforts

• Bilingual Spanish

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Possess strong decision-making skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
