Description

In this role, you will handle a range of personnel-related administrative tasks while providing essential clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding various human resources activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office and administrative tasks efficiently

  • Conduct internet research to identify potential customers

  • Maintain and update employee database documents

  • Assist in planning and organizing new employee orientation meetings

  • Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of data encryption

  • Perform accurate data entry and management

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of customer service principles

  • Demonstrate eagerness to work independently as well as collaboratively, with flexibility and a willingness to learn and take initiative on diverse tasks and projects

  • Utilize prior experience with office applications, software, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Interact with all levels of staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an approachable and professional demeanor

    Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong understanding of human resources processes and best practices

Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and office software applications

Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Knowledge of data encryption and security practices

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
