Convertible Lease, Inc Economist in Miami, Florida
Duties:
- Gather, analyze, compile and report data to explain economic phenomena and forecast bus
- Development and market trends by using comp s/ware for math
- Modeling and optimization to interpret info
- Study socioeconomic impacts of new public policies on construction and real estate industries as related to new construction planned and operated by employer
- Define data requirements
- Gather and validate info applying judgment and tests
- Development and apply time and cost n/works to plan, control, and review projects
- Formulate mathematical simulation models of economic performance, relating constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives, and other factors
- Forecast production and consumption, supply, and depletion of resources and its effect on project performance
- Adjust variable parameters per progress of projects to forecast impact on the co.'s earnings
- Development and recommend viable economic solutions.
- Follow up w/admin on implementation Report to mgmt
Skills:
- Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Project Manager and MS Office applications required
- Knowledge of practical economic solutions to construction projects w/ use of SIP, ICF, and EVG-3D construction methods is required
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data is required.
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing and ability to formulate solutions to problems are required.
- Listening, critical thinking, deductive and inductive reasoning, and communication skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Economics
- 5 years experience in construction industry are must have.
