We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.

Responsibilities:

• The intern will have on-the-job training in different areas related to the Digital Wealth client life cycle (Onboarding, banking operations & documentation, reporting, investment products and ebanking platform)

• The intern will be supporting in current projects regarding reporting to local banks, internal metrics, Appian, DocuSign and marketing campaigns follow up.

• Will also be supporting the Digital Wealth Commercial team in other administrative functions.

• Support around the testing with the Digital Wealth App.

Digital Wealth will not have the App or the campaign manager until end 2024 at the earliest. Those tools will assist and contribute to a more efficient flow that currently are more time intensive. The intern will assist Digital Wealth commercial team on all of the above, providing some senior resources a bit more bandwidth to allocate in personalize onboarding and customer service. Due to the close relationship with MO and operations team, he/she will be able to gain a holistic view in terms of how Digital Wealth works end to end.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in finance, economics or business.

• Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Spanish and English (Portuguese nice to have, not a must)

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $64,800 - $84,000/year
