Robert Half is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk for a respected client in the Miami area. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our client's database. This role is crucial to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information, supporting various departments with their data needs, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the company's database accurately and promptly

• Verify the accuracy of data to identify and correct discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all information

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

• Generate reports and compile data as required

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills
