Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls daily, addressing customer inquiries and providing information in a timely manner.

  • Customer Assistance: Provide support to customers and clients over the phone and via email regarding their accounts, resolving any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Account Management: Update customer accounts regularly, entering new information or modifications accurately to maintain data integrity.

  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to enhance their overall experience with the company.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment is required.

  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

  • Customer Service Expertise: Strong customer service skills are necessary to handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Detail-Oriented: A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Multi-Tasking Ability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing several priorities at once is important for success in this role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required to support your daily tasks and communications.
