What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls each day, delivering top-notch support and assistance.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Keep customer accounts up-to-date by entering new information and making necessary adjustments.

• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are fully met and their issues are resolved.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.

• Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.

• A proven track record of providing exceptional service and handling inquiries with ease.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust to changing demands.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
